IFACCA is pleased to announce that the partnership with the Organisation of Iberoamerican States for Education, Science and Culture (OEI) and Interarts Foundation, with the support of the ACERCA programme of the Agencia Española de Cooperación Internacional para el Desarrollo (AECID) has been renewed for a further year.
The partnership with the OEI saw the launch of ConnectCP Iberoamericano in 2008 as well as the introduction of Spanish language functionality in ConnectCP International.
ConnectCP Iberoamericano is accessible via the web site of the OEI and ConnectCP International and contains profiles of researchers and analysts in public policies for culture in Latin America, Spain and Portugal. It provides users with the possibility to find and contact cultural policy experts that speak Spanish.
This year’s contract will see an enhancement of the functions on the website and most importantly, the introduction of Portuguese language functionality.
With the addition of Portuguese, to the English, Spanish and French search possibilities, ConnectCP hopes to further stimulate exchange, dialogue and international work as well as promote diversity between Iberoamerican experts and across a wider array of world regions.
