You will formulate policies and strategic plans to guide and support the cluster development of the Creative Industries for long term competitiveness, thereby contributing to MICA’s strategic outcome of “A Vibrant and Sustainable Creative Cluster”, and the mission of “Propelling a Creative Economy”. You will lead the investigation and formulation of policies in specific industry development domains such as media and design sector development policies, economic target setting, manpower and capability development, international relationship, global market development etc.
Job Requirements :
- A good university degree. A master degree would be an advantage.
- At least 4 years of prior experience in policy development and strategic management, preferably in the field of creative industries (arts and culture, media, design)
- Good writing and communication skills
- Institutional research experience would be an advantage
