As part of the Professional Skills Programme(PSP), the Train and Place Professional Conversion Programme (PCP) for Arts Managers is a strategic partnership between the Singapore Workforce Development Agency (WDA), the National Arts Council (NAC) and Sotheby’s Institute of Art Singapore (SIAS) designed to develop a pool of trained arts managers to help take Singapore into our next level as a global arts city. This 6-month Train & Place PCP trains and reskills experienced and new PMEs (Professionals, Managers and Executives) to take on management/administration related positions available in the arts and culture industry. All PCP trainees will be equipped with a suite of arts management skills like finance (accounts management, securing sponsorship and fund-raising), marketing and communications, IP management, project management, governance and charity law.
Applications have closed on 15 April for the June intake.
