The Federation of Scottish Theatre (FST) is Scotland's national body representing theatre and dance at all levels.
You will continue to raise the profile of Scottish theatre through lobbying, increasing awareness and increasing access. Leading a focused team of specialist staff, you will extend and develop our range of successful programmes designed to develop the potential of theatre in Scotland. These programmes currently include developing the potential of Artists and Arts workers, International Export, developing new audiences and a leading programme of integrated H&S work. You will build new strategic relationships across the cultural sector both in Scotland and internationally.
You will have outstanding communication and organisational skills together with experience of working within the arts and/or cultural industries at management level.
