The National Assembly of Deputies ratified María Eugenia Herrera de Victoria as General Director of the Instituto Nacional de Cultura (INAC).
She studied High Business Management with an emphasis on Managerial Development Programs as well as Business Administration. She has a master degree from the Escuela Pro Danzas of Cuba and has stood out in international ballet competitions representing Panama.
As part of her successful artistic career she was the first dancer of Panama’s National Ballet and she also directed this important artistic organization for some years. Panama’s Junior Chamber chose her as “Outstanding Young Person” because of her cultural achievements. She also has a rich experience in community work and in educational institutions related to the arts.
