María Eugenia Herrera, INAC’s General Director, introduced her team to the Institution’s associates

María Eugenia Herrera de Victoria introduced her new team and the Institution’s associates at the Instituto Nacional de Cultura.

The General Director invited the Institution’s associates to work together in an efficient and transparent way, in order to make her administration term an optimum one.

Her new working team is made up by:

María Rebeca de Vivar, National Arts and Education Direction

She highlighted from her key objectives that of making efforts to enhance and ennoble arts among children and youth in order to achieve a culture of peace and non-violence in Panama.

She studied High Business Management with an emphasis on Managerial Development Programs as well as Business Administration. She has a master degree from the Escuela Pro Danzas of Cuba and has stood out in international ballet competitions representing Panama.

As part of her successful artistic career she was the first dancer of Panama’s National Ballet and she also directed this important artistic organization for few years. Panama’s Junior Chamber chose her as “Outstanding Young Person” because of her cultural achievements. She also has a rich experience in community work and in educational institutions related to the arts.
