The Ministry of Culture, through its website, has introduced a simulator to create your own business plan; an application whose goal is to provide cultural entrepreneurs both theoretical and practical support to develop their business idea.
To access the Business Plan tool, users must register and log into the web address http://www.mcu.es/emprendedores/Inicio.html. The simulator provides a specific focus on entrepreneurship, information and detailed methodology on the process of creating and managing a company, interesting data on the most relevant institutions and stakeholders and case studies for a good understanding of the business plan.
The application presents a structure that allows the user to cover all fields for the proper development of a business plan: definition of business, internal and external analysis, operations, human resources plan, the company's legal structure, financial and economic plan and executive summary.
In addition, it provides additional useful information for the entrepreneur on the industry, examples of success stories, glossary of terms and related links.
