As Deputy Director, you will formulate and review policies to develop the cultural and heritage landscape in Singapore, which contribute to the development of Singapore as a distinctive global city for the arts and culture. You will work closely with our statutory boards (e.g. National Arts Council, National Library Board, National Heritage Board) to develop the literary arts sector and language councils. Your role includes establishing indicators and benchmarks to ensure timely project implementation and achievement of outcomes. You will also assist to develop cultural relations with international partners. 
 
Job Requirements :  
- Good university degree. Experience in public sector or arts and heritage industry would be useful.
- Strong analytical, writing, communication and project management skills
