Culture Europe International, the online magazine on cultural practices and policies in Europe published by France's Institute of European Studies, dedicates its spring issue 2010 to the cultural “events” playing increasingly important role in public policy strategies. Entitled “The cultural “event” – a new key to cultural policies” the dossier collects reflexions, initiatives and testimonies all the way from the Øresund Euroregion (Denmark/Sweden) to Guimarães (Portugal) via Linz (Austria).
