Today the first annual report on the state of culture in Catalonia was produced by the National Council for Culture and the Arts. The President of CoNCA, Francesc Guardans, accompanied by members of the Plenary Council, and the Minister of Culture and Media, Joan Manuel Tresserras have delivered a copy of the report to the Parliament's President Ernest Benach.
