The Plenary of the National Council for Culture and the Arts (CoNCA) is preparing a proposal to reform some aspects of the decree that provides for awards to Culture.

The National Culture Awards given annually by the National Council for Culture and the Arts (CoNCA) could include in future editions, as new categories, gastronomy and translation.
