The National Arts Council of Zimbabwe will launch its new website next month. Located at the URL ww.natartszim.org, the website will present a new richness of content. Easy to navigate, the new interface will bring the organisation's content to its stakeholders in a way that is clear and understandable.
The new website will have content on NACZ programmes and will have resource materials that would be of use to its stakeholders. Our goal is to present, develop and promote the arts and culture in a manner that better reflects the true position of the arts in Zimbabwe. Since its inception in 1985 the National Arts Council of Zimbabwe has been dedicated to the promotion and development of the arts and culture in Zimbabwe. As time and technology change it is important that those who strive to champion the arts keep pace. “We want to build an arts sector that strives on keeping pace with the changing times and strives to maintain professionalism in adapting to technology and in an artists day to day work ethics,” said the Director, Elvas Mari.
