We are delighted to welcome the Ministry of Culture of Lithuania as IFACCA’s newest national member.
The Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Lithuania is the governmental body shaping and implementing national cultural policy, professional and amateur art, theater, music, art, cinema, museums, libraries, publishing, copyright and related rights and cultural property protection.
The mission of the Ministry of Culture is to create the conditions for the continuity of national culture, and for the development and dissemination of free cultural expression and public participation in cultural activities. The Ministry focuses on the protection of cultural values, including those of ethnic communities, to help develop and nurture a democratic, free and open society.
