IFACCA and the Consejo Nacional de las Artes y la Cultura de Chile (CNCA) are delighted to announce that a formal agreement has been signed with the Centro Cultural Estación Mapocho (CCEM) to be the official venue for the 6th World Summit.
 
The 6th World Summit on Arts and Culture will be held in Santiago, Chile on 13 – 16 January 2014. The Centro Cultural Estación Mapocho [http://www.estacionmapocho.cl/ ] was established in 1991.  Converted from an old train station the CCEM comprises 20,000 square meters over four levels. In 2009, Estación Mapocho won the International Reina Sofía Award for the preservation of heritage and the sharing of culture.
 
Estación Mapocho welcomes almost 1 million visitors per year for various artistic and cultural expressions and activities.
