Minister of Culture presents the Cultural Policy Guidelines

Culture Minister, Luis Peirano Falconi, presented to the public the draft of the 2013-2016 Cultural Policy Guidelines, a set of premises that will serve for the design, implementation and monitoring of national and sectoral policies of the State on culture.
