HE Dr. Hamad Bin Abdulaziz Al-Kuwari, Minister of Culture, Arts and Heritage returned yesterday to Doha from Egypt where he participated in the annual conference of the Arabic Language Academy held under the theme “Contemporary Arabic language issues." The conference will continue until the 8th of April 2013.

During his visit to Cairo,  HE the Minister met  with a number of Egyptian officials. Talks dealt with the role played by Qatar to promote the Arabic language. During his visit to Al-Shura Council (Consultative Council), HE Dr. Hamad met with members of the committee of culture, media and tourism and invited them to visit Qatar in order to get acquainted with its cultural experience.
