We are delighted to welcome the National Association of Centers for Culture and Education (Chitalishta), Bulgaria, as a new affiliate member.
The National Association of Centers for Culture and Education (Chitalishta) is the largest NGO in Bulgaria and one of the oldest cultural organisations of South East Europe. Following the organisation’s 100th anniversary in 2011, it is in the process of increasing international cultural networking, and is modernising the organisation through various projects, enlarging its initiatives in partnership with similar organisations in other countries.
