Online Registrations for the World Summit to close on 27 December

IFACCA,
20 November 2013, Chile

With registrations coming in quickly for the limited spaces available and the busy Christmas holiday season approaching we strongly recommend that IFACCA members and others register as soon as possible for the 6th World Summit on Arts and Culture starting on 13 January 2014.

Delegates from the Pacific, Asia, Europe, Africa, the Americas and the Middle East have already registered, and almost all speakers have been confirmed. A draft programme will be released next week and that will further increase registration numbers.  Reasonably-priced airfares to Santiago from Europe and the Americas are still available but you will need to book soon.

It is also important to book early for the Summit hotels which you can find listed at http://www.artsummit.org/visiting-chile/accommodation/ .  For ideas for cultural events, tours and sightseeing, please see: http://www.artsummit.org/visiting-chile/Traveling-Chile/

You can register now at http://www.artsummit.org/registration/register/

The theme of the Summit is Creative Times: new models for cultural development. The Summit will address how globalisation, shifts in social and economic development and new forms of communication are generating an array of challenges and opportunities within the cultural field, and on how this is impacting on the development of our societies and nations.

IFACCA members will have also recently received an invitation to members events such as the CEO Seminar, General Assembly, Members Lunch and Regional Chapter meetings. If you have any queries about these events, please let us know at [email protected].
