The House of Culture was opened in Bami village of Baharly etrap in the Akhal province. Representatives from the etrap and province municipalities, social organizations, honorable elders, youth and numerous residents of village took part in the opening ceremony. 

Henceforth, most significant cultural events in the life of village will take place in wonderful concert hall intended for 200 spectators. The stage fitted with the latest technological equipment and modern lighting system allows organizing various events at the high level. The building has the rooms for rehearsal of dancers, singers, musicians, dressing room, schools of artistic creativity and recording studio, others.

Net of study groups and specialized classes on interests will function in new rural House of Culture. There are well-equipped computer center, library and comfortable reading hall, classes for training in choreography and choral art, drawing and theatrical mastery, training in play of national musical instruments, sewing. The building also contains small coffee bar.

The participants of solemnity familiarized with great interest with the museum of House of Culture, which keeps the exhibits, telling about history of development of the village, its sights.
