The candidate will develop an effective strategy to identify and engage new donors (corporations and individuals) for the expansion of cultural philanthropy in Singapore.

In addition, you will engage and cultivate existing donors to develop successful relationships to build and grow the philanthropy market for the arts sector. You will  develop a cultural philanthropy donation engagement programme to engage new and existing donors on a regular basis via different platforms as well as promote and build awareness among the business community and community-at-large on the merit of giving to the arts. You will also be involved in organising Singapore’s most prestigious arts awards program- Patron of the Arts Awards to recognise donors who support the arts.

Requirements
• Good university degree with 5-8 years of professional experience and demonstrated success in managerial role.
• Candidate must be able to demonstrate a significant level of expertise in developing philanthropy programs and have prior success in leading and championing philanthropic strategies.
• Possess excellent negotiation as well as interpersonal and influencing skills, and the capacity to develop and maintain strong relationships with donors.
• Knowledgeable and passionate about the arts and heritage sector.
