In a general declaration of Vietnam and Japan, two countries shared some opinions to establish a dialogue about cultural cooperation between people in two countries.

Two sides highly appreciate some activities to celebrate in a friendship year of Vietnam and Japan 2013 on 40 year anniversary of foreign relation between two countries; enhance a cultural exchange between countries through organizing some activities in order to introduce people, culture and arts.
