HE Dr. Hamad Bin Abdulaziz Al-Kuwari, Minister of Culture, Arts and Heritage and Meggy Nagel, Minister of Culture – Grand Duchy of Luxembourg signed yesterday a cooperation agreement between the two countries.

The agreement provides for the development and the enhancement of all forms of cooperation and exchange of expertise in the field of culture. Within the framework of the convention, both sides encourage cooperation in the different fields of common interest by holding cultural exhibitions and artistic shows of music ensembles and cultural groups in both countries in addition to the screening of fictional and documentary films and the exchange of expertise and specialists in the field of culture.

The agreement also provides for encouraging both sides to cooperate and exchange information and expertise in the field of library and archive as well as to participate in the conferences, seminars, meetings, contests and training sessions in the different fields of culture and heritage to be held in both countries.
