Experts said that the artistic performances by the EDF Information and Agitation Unit at the National Festival would make due contribution in bequeathing the values of the armed struggle for independence to the young generation.
Reports indicated that the artistic performances comprising 25 paintings and 10 works of sculpture depicting the steadfastness and resolve of the Eritrean people in general and the freedom fighters in particular attest to their dedicated role in the days of the struggle.
Lt. Colonel Kibrom Andemichael, head of culture and arts section at the Unit, stated that the contents of the exhibition at the Festival would make significant contribution.
Meanwhile, Security Forces fulfilling their tasks at the Festival said that the higher sense of discipline demonstrated by nationals at the Expo grounds attests to the prevailing societal harmony in the country.
