You are the artistic team’s guide. You help convey the artistic policies for the different programming lines; Performing Arts, Music, Books and City & Transition. You are Vooruit’s artistic voice, inspired by a constantly evolving world and an arts sector in motion and you have a contemporary vision of the future. You help shape a strong creative organization in which over 80 employees, numerous temporary employees, volunteers, artists, partners and visitors feel at home.
Profile:
You are not afraid to stretch boundaries, you inspire, you motivate. You have a great affinity with the arts and culture and your vision on themes such as diversity and transition (social, ecological, etc.) is innovative and influential. It is your ambition to use culture as a driving force in the transition towards a socially fair and sustainable society. You aim to be a catalyst, a swayer, an inspirer, a challenger, a messenger, a bridge-builder and a significant voice.
