Local Fine Gael TD and Minister for the Arts, Heritage and the Gaeltacht, Heather Humphreys, launched the Local Arts in Education Partnership (LAEP) in Monaghan. The LAEP has been developed by the Cavan Monaghan Education and Training Board, in response to the Arts in Education Charter, which the Minister has identified as one of her key priorities.
