With the motto One signature is action, Two signatures is transaction, the Third Conference of Ibero-American Art, Work and Economy kicked off on Tuesday in Quito at the Latin American Faculty of Social Sciences (FLACSO) and lasted through to October 17.The meeting seeks to examine possible economic practices that can support artists coming from various countries, according to organizers of the conference.
