Implementation of Resolution 33 - building Vietnamese culture through sustainable development

The seminar was organized in Hanoi on January 9th.  With participation from representatives from agencies and scientists.

Addressing the seminar, Deputy Minister Ho Anh Tuan, affirmed that Resolution 33 is a document about Vietnamese culture and sustainable development goals of the country. The Organization Board expects to turn the Resolution into a part of daily life.

At the seminar representatives focused on discussing some important issues in Resolution 33. Le Quoc Ly, vice-manager of National Academy of Public Administration (NAPA), expressed the importance of the role of developing culture in the policy of the Party and the State. Organizing the seminar was essential in finding solutions on how to develop culture in Vietnam.

Building culture and arts should be focused on building and developing cultural industry.  Discussions between some 30 managers and researchers is the foundation of turnign the Resolution into a reality.
