Having a "happy life through arts and culture." That's what Korea's Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism is promoting, in their official plans for the new year. The ministry announced Thursday that one of its major goals is to add more avenues where people can enjoy the arts-- especially on the nation's designated "Culture Day."
