'Museums over the borders', one of the biggest projects in the Lithuania-Poland-Russia Cross-Border Cooperation Programme with a budget of €3.8 million has come to an end having modernized both its partner museums, the Museum of Archaeology and History in Elblag and Museum of Friedland Gate in Kaliningrad, as well as preparing two exhibitions, a tourist guide, and an educational programme.
