The Minister for Culture Ed Vaizey MP has singled out praise for Weston Favell library during a visit to Northampton today, and says the county's donation scheme initiative is 'a great idea'.
Mr Vaizey toured the Weston Favell Centre library this morning (Thursday) with Northamptonshire County Council chief executive Dr Paul Blantern and Northampton North MP Michael Ellis to find out more about the work of Northamptonshire libraries.
