The Culture Ministry began implementing an agreement that will make 12,000 books available on the Internet on Friday. It also announced that it will make a mobile phone app that contains activities, events and news from the ministry.

Culture Minister Abdel Wahed al-Nabawi announced that protocols will be activated using digital technology, like the Internet and telecommunications networks, to provide cultural services to Egyptians.
