The programme is aimed at helping you to get an insight of different working practices and professional cultures, to learn new approaches to deal with your tasks and exchange know-how with your international peers.
Participation is open for any staff member of your organisation - whether manager, professional, technician, artist, project coordinator, trainee or volunteer.
The only condition to take part in the Staff Exchange Programme is to be a member of IETM.
