Seychelles and Zambia have signed a cultural agreement and two Memorandums of Understanding. The cultural agreement was signed between Esther Banda, the Zambian Deputy Minister for Tourism and Arts, and Alain.St Ange, the Minister for Tourism and Culture. Minister Banda said the Zambian government values the existing cordial relationship between the two sister republics.
