San Sebastian Festival declared Cultural Heritage of Peru

The Peruvian Ministry of Culture declared the Folkloric Festival of the Battle in Honor of San Sebastian located in the Conayca district of Huancavelica a Cultural Heritage of the Nation, according to Andina news agency.

The Vice-Ministerial Resolution No. 068-2015-VMPCIC-MC, published in the daily gazette El Peruano, declares this festival a Cultural Heritage of the Nation to promote and celebrate the tradition it carries from the region’s history.
