The Tribunal will hear cases on decisions made by the Welsh Language Commissioner in relation to Welsh Language Standards.

The Practice Directions will be given formally by Keith Bush QC, the President of the Welsh Language Tribunal, with the approval of the Welsh Ministers. The consultation is jointly organised by ourselves and the Tribunal.

The purpose of the Practice Directions is to provide practical advice on how to interpret and apply the Welsh Language Tribunal Rules 2015.
