Artist Mwasiti Almas urged fellow artists to be creative in expanding income-generating loopholes and to commit to ethics. Mwasiti made the remarks earlier this week when he responded to questions from stakeholders at an Arts Forum that is held twice monthly at the National Arts Council (NAC).
