The minister of Culture, Rosa Cruz e Silva, expressed on Monday in Luanda the need for the artistic movement between Angola and Brazil so as to make it more dynamic and thus better publicize and promote the product and artists from both countries.
The minister, who was speaking at the opening of the House of Culture of Brazil in Angola, said it would be the best way for Angolan and Brazilian artists to make themselves known, on a regular basis, to the public on both sides of the Atlantic.
