According to Deputy Minister of Culture of the Russian Federation Alexander Zhuravsky, the event will be attended by the Ministers of Culture of 26 countries, as well as the expected arrival of Russian President Vladimir Putin and UNESCO Director-General Ms. Irina Bokova. "The forum has very good prospects to become an influential international platform for discussing strategies for the future of culture. It is good, that, despite the difficult foreign policy events, authoritative representatives of the various branches of culture- theater, circus and literature still come to us", - he said.
