Mthethwa pledges to stop racism through the arts

Ahead of the Cape Town International Jazz Festival, Minister of Arts and Culture Nathi Mthethwa spoke about unity and education through the arts in South Africa.

Mthethwa presented a pledge during a press conference, reading various points that he wants South Africans to commit to in order to eliminate racism in South Africa and around the world.
