Culture Minister Opens National Programme of Hearing Artists

Culture minister Carolina Cerqueira last Tuesday in Ndalatando, northern Cuanza Norte Province, last Tuesday opened officially the national cycle of hearing and getting contributions from cultural agents of the country, with a view to strengthening the country's culture policies.
