Members of IFACCA elected five new board members at the 6th General Assembly, held in Malta on 18 October 2016.

The following directors have been appointed, further to their prior appointment to fill casual vacancies:

• Orlaith McBride (Ireland)
• Rosemary Mangope (South Africa)
• Staffan Forssell (Sweden)

In addition, the following two new members were appointed, both of whom are from the Americas:

• Simon Brault (Canada)
• Iván Petrella (Argentina)

The following board members will continue their terms:

• Stephen Wainwright (New Zealand)
• Bilel Aboudi, (Tunisia)|
• Dong Zhanshun (China)
• Tan Sri Norliza Binti Rofli (Malaysia)
• Elise Huffer (Fiji)

The Board met at the conclusion of the World Summit on Friday 21 October, and re-aapointed the following post-holders :

• Stephen Wainwright as Chair
• Orlaith McBride as Deputy Chair
• Bilel Aboudi as Treasurer
