This 9 and 10 March, the Council for culture held a seminar that sought to open a different dialogue between representatives of the academic world, cultural managers, artists, politicians and citizens. Argentina, Germany, France, Uruguay, Paraguay, Mexico, Colombia, Brazil and Chile are the countries that took part in the international seminar "Experiences compared in public culture in action", organized by the National Council for culture and the Arts (CNCA), which opened a dialogue between the various actors of the world political, academic, artists and representatives of civil society.
