The National Cultural Foundation (NCF) and The Fresh Milk Art Platform are inviting interested and qualified persons to apply for the 2017 Emerging Directors Residency.

ONE early-career Barbadian theatre director will be selected to undertake a 50-hour residency at Fresh Milk Arts Platform, Walkers, St George, and will receive a stipend of BDS$1000. The residency will take place over a period of five (5) weeks from October 2nd to November 3rd, 2017.

The Resident will have access to the Colleen Lewis Reading Room, and to an established Caribbean mentor working in theatre, and to two actors for experimental purposes.
The applicant must be a qualified theatre practitioner who has directed between 1 and 4 plays.
