Cultural heritage, forged by all Mexicans over the centuries, has been the victim of the recent earthquakes. The Ministry of Culture is carrying out the necessary actions for the recovery and restoration of this valuable heritage of Mexicans. As a result of the earthquake of September 7, brigades of specialists have travelled to the affected states, raising the damage census to join the National Disaster Fund and deal with the damages. After the earthquake of Tuesday 19, brigades were reorganized, and with the participation of specialists who raised the inventory of 1,225 historical buildings and cultural value that register affectations, ranging from moderate to severe.
