The International Federation of Arts Council and Culture Agencies welcomes Kiley Arroyo as the new Head of Strategic Data and Knowledge. Ms Arroyo has been intimately involved with the arts and culture, public policy, and equitable development sectors for the past two decades, in the USA and internationally. In 2007 she established the Cultural Strategies Council, a vehicle for interdisciplinary research, knowledge building strategy, and institutional development. Ms Arroyo has led a diverse portfolio of initiatives with entities from the arts, government, civil society, academic, and private sectors, in urban, rural, and Indigenous contexts; has published widely on contemporary cultural policy issues; and serves as an adjunct professor, speaker, and adviser to multiple international cultural initiatives.
