The national meeting "Dialogue on Culture and Development from a Territorial Approach: Meeting of Cultural Managers", organised by the National Secretariat of Culture (SNC) took place this Friday, 6 March. The activity was carried out within the framework of the program “Strengthening of cultural spaces and centers” of the Directorate of Cultural Centers and Spaces, under the General Directorate of Diversity, Rights and Cultural Processes of the SNC.
