IFACCA members, affiliates and guests from 16 countries in Europe will attend the 12th IFACCA European Chapter meeting, hosted by the Arts Council Norway, in Oslo on 9-11 September.
The meeting, to be held over three days, will combine presentations by guest speakers and discussion by participants across a wide range of issues such as freedom of expression, provocative art in public spaces, children and youth engagement in the arts, evaluation and measurement, grants management systems, and evidence of spillover effects.
Participants will also have the opportunity to take part in the Ultima Contemporary Music Festival including a specially organised seminar on European Cultural Policy.
