An evening of classical music entitled “Culture and Development: Building Bridges” was recently held in the city of Gyumri in Armenia. It was organised and sponsored by the European Union Delegation to Armenia to mark the announcement of new EU support to promote the cultural and creative sectors in the Shirak region.
