The National Directorate of Culture and the Human Rights Secretariat of the Presidency of the Republic, have signed an agreement that incorporates human rights in public policies. The Secretariat of Human Rights has defined a series of thematic axes related to democracy, development, culture, education and involvement from the approach of cultural citizenship, creative industries, training, awareness raising and knowledge generation.
