Dates for the Second World Summit on the Arts and Culture, to be hosted by the National Arts Council of Singapore, were announced today. Commencing on the evening of Sunday November 23, 2003 with the welcome and registration, the summit will conclude at midday Wednesday November 26, with the agreement of an action plan. The summit, which will be organised in partnership with IFACCA, will see representatives of arts and culture agencies from around the world gather to exchange ideas and debate key issues. The theme and program will be announced later in the year.
